PURPOSE:To add excellent characteristics of an organic and inorganic paint so as to provide excellent flexibility and coating strength as well as excellent heat resistivity by providing respective applied and baked layers of an inorganic paint, a mixed paint, and an organic paint on a conductor. CONSTITUTION:An applied and baked layer 2 made of an inorganic paint containing an inorganic polymer is provided on a conductor 1, and thereon an applied and baked layer 3 made of a mixed paint containing an inorganic polymer and an organic polymer is provided. Further, an applied and baked layer 4 made of an organic paint containing an organic polymer is provided on the layer 3. The intermediate layer 3 is further composed of a plurality of layers 3a, 3b, 3c... in such a way that the ratio of the organic polymer relative to the inorganic polymer is increased by approximately constant proportion extending from the layer 2 to the layer 4. Accordingly, higher resistivity can be provided, compared with an insulating wire in which an organic paint is solely applied and baked, while providing excellent flexibility and strength compared with an insulating wire in which an inorganic paint is solely applied and baked, thereby widely used as an excellent heat resistive wire. |
