PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of a mobile equipment by providing a control section not making position registration of the mobile equipment but implementing call control of the mobile equipment via all service areas to a mobile body exchange station. CONSTITUTION:A call signal is sent indiscriminately from a mobile equipment 7 to a surrounding radio terminal station 6. Upon the receipt of the call signal, the terminal station 6 measures a level of the received call signal and sends the call signal and the level signal to a radio base station 5. The base station 5 compares the received level signals from the terminal stations 6 and judges the terminal station 6 whose level is highest as the radio terminal station in a zone in which the relevant mobile equipment 7 is in existence. After the relevant terminal station 6 is decided in this way, the operating channel is decided. Then, the call signal and the position information are sent to a mobile equipment exchange station 3 from the decided channel. The exchange station 3 sets charging information to a home memory 4 based on a distance with an opposite party to send the call signal to the opposite subscriber. |
