<p>PURPOSE:To improve operability of an editing work by providing a means to perform a specified recording at the time of second tracking and trackings thereafter while holding the tracking value once scanned and a control means, in the case of recording a magnetic tape by superimposing the already recorded part or consecutive recording. CONSTITUTION:In the case in which recording is made on the recorded tape by superimposing or consecutively to the already recorded part, an automatic tracking is made, and when it is finished, the recording is started. At this time, the tracking is made only the initial one time, then recording is manually operated from the next time by changing a flag mode. On the contrary, in the case the scanning by the automatic tracking is not finished even coming to the start point for consecutive recording, the number of trial times initially set is checked and when the number of trial times is more than the initially set value, the reason is decided by an MPV 50 and transmitted to a system controller 53 through a signal 72 then displayed on a display device 51. By this procedure, a tracking adjustment at the time of editing work is automatically performed, and the condition is displayed even in the case the tracking operation is not satisfactorily made.</p> |
