PURPOSE:To use a subordinate TV receiver as a portable TV receiver and also to use it as the constituent part of a two-screen picture receiver, by fitting the portable subordinate TV receiver in the front surface of the housing of the stationary TV receiver. CONSTITUTION:When a subordinate TV is detached from a master TV and a switch 22 is closed, terminals 4-7 are disconnected and transmission gates 33- 35 are conductive, so electric power is supplied from a battery E to terminals 19-20 to power up all circuits of the subordinate TV, so that the TV can be carried with an antenna 8. When the subordinate TV is fitted in the master TV and the terminal is connected to a prescribed potential, the gates 33-35 are turned off and the terminals 4 and 5 are connected to the power lines of the master TV while the terminal 6 is connected to the antenna line of the master TV. Thus, while the subordinate TV is powered up and fed with an antenna input through the master TV, both the TVs are put in operation. |
