This is a biaxially oriented polyester film which improves the crystal structure, specific gravity, and surface resistance of film by adding bisphenyl sulfone and sulfonate metal salts derivatives. The film has 0.4-1.0 dl/g of critical viscosity; 20-80 angstroms of crystal size; 1.370-1.410 of specific gravity and below 1016Ω of surface resistance. The polyester film comprises (a) the above 70 wt.% pet; (b) 0.5-20.0 wt.% bis (4-β-hydroxy alkoxyphenyl) sulfone of (I); and (c) 0.1-10.0 wt.% metal salt of sufonic acid of (II). In formula, m is 1-10 integer; R C8-25 alkyl; M alkali earth metal as Li, Na, and K; and n is an integer below 100. This film has good antistatics, transparency, engineering properties and heat resistance.
