CONSTITUTION:Many light emitting elements 2 are arranged on the surface of a display body 1 and specified information is displayed by these light emitting elements. Then, the display information of the display body 1 is recognized by an eye 7 directly, the sent optical signal is received via a light receiving element 4 and information demodulated by a signal processing circuit 5 is displayed on a display 6.
