PURPOSE:To make it possible to inject resin from the whole outer circumference of iron core by forming annular runner groove in the inner circumferential surface of cavity and making the width of iron core smaller than the width of outer circumferential surface and forming a cavity gate with the iron cored coil placed in the cavity. CONSTITUTION:A metallic mold for injection and forming of resin accomodates an iron core coil 1 that has an annular iron core 4. Resin R is injected into the coil 3. An annular cavity runner 5 corresponding to the outer circumferential surface of the iron core 4 is formed in the inner circumferential surface of the cavity 2 and a cavity runner 10 is formed by both the end face of outer circumferential surface of iron core 4 and the cavity runner groove 5. The width of the groove 5 is made smaller than the width of the end face of outer circumference of the iron core 4, and cavity gate 6 is formed between the inner circumferential surfaces of the cavity 2 at the upper and lower brims of the groove 5 and the end face of outer circumferential surface of the iron core 4. |
