PURPOSE:To improve the material yield and to reduce the cost of a die by alternately cutting a hoop material at an oblique direction of 45 deg. to the perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction of the material, thereby continuously forming sector iron core plate of a right angle triangular shape. CONSTITUTION:A hoop material 1 is alternately cut at an oblique direction of 45 deg. to the perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction of the material, thereby continuously forming longitudinally of the material 1 sector iron core plates 11 of right angular triangular shape. For example, core bolt holes 13 are cut out at the prescribed positions of both edges of the material 1, holes 14 formed in zigzag state at the prescribed interval is divided via an isolating part 16 into two segments, thereby forming other core bolt hole 19. Then, the oblique isolating part 15 is cut to form a triangular blank 11, iron core groove 8 is formed at the blank 11, thereby obtaining a sector iron core plates 12. |
