A lighting fixture (e.g. a vehicle interior light) with switch can be turned on and off by operation of a slide switch (5) housed within a cavity (3) closed by a switch cover (8), the fixture including aligned plug portions (7a, b, c) reliably supported in and protected by a plug cover (9) integral with the switch cover (8) whereby the fixture can be connected to a power line in a one-step operation by means of a plug-in jack. <IMAGE> |
