PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning and fixing of both primary terminals to an insulated coil case by miniaturization and lightening by arranging the secondary terminal at the bottom of the coil case having an opening at one end, which place one of its ends in a joint cylinder and another end in the coil case. CONSTITUTION:An insulated coil case 1 formed out of synthetic resin has an opening at one end, in which a primary coil 2 and a secondary coil 3 are arranged so as to place the secondary coil 3 inside the primary coil 2 concentrically. The secondary coil 3 is wound on a hollow bobbin 4 made of synthetic resin, in whose central square hole 5 a ferrit core 6 is engaged and a joint plate 7 for the secondary terminal penetrates. The end of the joint plate 7 of side of the coil case bottom is bent and one end of the secondary terminal 8 is connected to the bending part by soldering. The secondary terminal 8 is attached to the bottom of the coil case with penetrating that and placing its end connected to the joint plate 7 in the coil case 1 and another end in a joint cylinder 9 for the high voltage cord arranged to project on an external surface of the bottom of the coil case 1. |
