PURPOSE:To automatically deburr any article while conveying it along a guide passage by constructing the captioned device such that the article is deburred while subjecting an abrasive cloth attached on the lower surface of the vibrating plate of a vibration source to a circular vibration in a body with the vibrating plate and an elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A guide passage is provided on a guide base 13 installed on the upper part of a base 11 to guide an article 1 to be deburred. Then, when a winding reel 29 is turned by means of an electric motor 34, a part, bonded to an elastic body 23, of an abrasive cloth 30 is wound round the winding reel 29, and an brasive cloth 30 delivered from a delivery reel 28 and having a new polishing surface 31 is opposed to the elastic body 23. And, a circular vibration source 19 is lowered by means of an air cylinder 20, the abrasive cloth 30 is bonded with its adhesive surface 32 attached to the lower surface of the elastic body 23 by the press of the elastic body 23 from the upper part, allowing the deburring of the article 1 to be restarted. Thus, it is possible to automatically deburr any article. |
