<p>PURPOSE:To provide the welding method for skin materials in which molten resin is not leaked out onto the surface sides of skins at the time of welding and flashes are not formed thereon. CONSTITUTION:The ends of two resin skin materials 12 and 14 are overlapped with the surface sides of respective skin materials being brought into contact with, and said overlapped section is clamped by high frequency welding electrodes 22a and 22b. An elastic body 28 is interposed between one high frequency welding electrode 22b and the overlapped section of skin materials 12 and 14, and high frequency welding is carried out. As the elastic body 28 works as a cushion for molten resin and a welding section 16 is not retained to the outside and the skin materials can be welded with good appearance.</p> |
