PURPOSE:To provide a tire vulcanizing press capable of ensuring sufficient space for the center mechanism and segment mold opening and closing cylinder arranged on the center of a press. CONSTITUTION:A tire vulcanizing press is equipped with the upper mold mounting member 7 supported along a stand frame in a freely liftable manner and the lower mold attaching member 4 fixed on a base frame 1 and further provided with the clamping cylinder 10 arranged on the stand frame 2 and applying clamping force to the upper and lower mold attaching members 7, 4 and the engaging plate attached to the upper mold attaching member 7 and engaged with or disengaged from the piston rod 10a of the clamping cylinder 10. By this constitution, sufficient space can be ensured with respect to the center mechanism and segment mold opening and closing cylinder arranged on the center of the press. |
