PURPOSE:To prevent air from being mixed into ink to improve the delivery of ink by providing an ink tube having at least a length enough to absorb the pressure fluctuation of ink caused by the movement of a carrier driven by a moving means. CONSTITUTION:An ink tube 45 is arranged in a folded manner on a plane approximately perpendicular to the moving direction 46 of a carrier. As a result, since the length of the tube 45, which increases fluid resistance of ink or absorbs pressure fluctuation, can be made longer, the pressure fluctuation of ink can be reduced. And since the tube 45 is fixed on the carrier as it is by means of fittings, etc., even if the carrier returns in a direction of arrow and runs against a stopper member, the ink in the tube 45 does not move and air is not mixed into an ink chamber from an ink particle delivery nozzle because there is no part parallel with the movement direction of the carrier near an ink feed port 44. Further the ink feed tube 45 is preferably made from vinyl chloride. |
