摘要 PURPOSE: To improve yields of 3-5C olefins and isoparaffins by cracking naphtha using a catalyst comprising an inorg., porous, non-layered crystalline phase material exhibiting after calcination, an X-ray diffraction pattern with a peak value of at a specified distance and having a benzene adsorption capacity of a specified value. CONSTITUTION: A paraffinic naphtha feedstock is brought into contact with a catalyst comprising an inorg., porous, non-layered crystalline phase material exhibiting after calcination, an X-ray diffraction pattern with at least one peak of at a d-spacing greater than about 18Åunits and having a benzene adsorption capacity of greater than 15 g per 100 g of the material at 6.7 kPa (50 Torr) and 25 deg.C, to crack the feedstock. Wherein, the crystalline phase material has a hexagonal arrangement having holes with an uniform diameter size of at least 13Åand it exhibits an electrodiffraction pattern shown by d100 value of greater than about 18Åafter calcination. The crystalline phase material has holes with an uniform cross-sectional size of 20-100Å.
