<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic recording and reproducing device by which dubbing for plural musics are attained continuously and a prescribed length of inter-music space is obtained by providing a sensing foil before the beginning end of each track of a cartridge tape. CONSTITUTION:The 1st tape drive section 1 is provided with a sensing foil sensor 11 detecting a sensing foil (t) on a cartridge tape T1 and a sensing foil detecting circuit 12 outputting a sensing foil detecting signal to a tape driving circuit 10. The tape driving circuit 10 in the 2nd tape driving section 2 stops temporarily a cassette tape by a signal from an end point detecting circuit 9 and releases the temporal stop when the said sensing foil detecting signal is obtained and restores the mode again into the recording state. Through the constitution above, even if the end point of each track is different, each music and a prescribed length of inter-music are formed on the cassette.</p> |
