发明名称 PRODUCTION METHOD OF SEPARATOR FOR NON-AQUEOUS SOLUTION CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To collect humidity from inside and outside and prevent deterioration of the cell performance by adding polymeric fibers into melted lithium metal, allowing lithium to be adsorbed on polymeric fibers, cooling them, and stacking these fibers into a non-woven fabric to obtain a separator. CONSTITUTION:Metal lithium is heated and melted at 180 deg.C or higher in the argon atmosphere, and polymeric fibers twice or more in volume is thrown in it and stirred uniformly. Furthermore, the same fibers 3-5 times in volume are added, and after the fibers are cooled off, they are spread to a thickness of 100-300mu to form a non-woven fabric. A separator 4 using the non-woven fabric thus made is assembled in an outer can 3 of a cell, and a seal plate 1 coupled with a gasket 2 is caulked and sealed so that the outer can 3 is folded inward from outside. Accordingly, a separator can be obtained that collects the water content seeping from internal cell materials as well as the moisture from the outer atmosphere dispersed and infiltrated through a sealed portion under this condition and does not affect the cell performance.
