CONSTITUTION:In a vacuum casing 1, black color metal powder is made adhere to a member 5 where a rolling bearing is fitted and the inner surface 8 of the vacuum casing 1, the member and the inner surface are plated with back color metal, or back color resin is applied thereto to be formed into a back body, whereby the emissivity is increased more than 0.5 and the heat is radiated through the casing 1. |
