PURPOSE:To provide an electric fusion joint wherein fusing work can be simply and easily performed without marking work and fixing work by a jig. CONSTITUTION:An electric fusion joint 1 comprises a joint main unit 2 formed with a peripheral part of a resin pipe 4 into a fittable cylindrical shape and also formed with a fusion part 21 melted by heat generation and a core member 3 formed cylindrical fittable to an internal peripheral part of the resin pipe 4, and a detent part 31 is formed so as to protrude to an end part peripheral edge of the resin pipe 4 in a condition fitted thereto in the core member 3 and, on the other hand, to form an annular groove 22, with which this detent part 31 can be engaged, in the joint main unit 2. |
