FORMATION OF MARKING TO TRANSPARENT SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE:To easily form marking different in the color tone of the surface and rear by applying a coloring liquid mixed with a coloring agent of another color tone to a place to be colored, thereafter by heat fixing the liquid and then by washing the place to be colored. CONSTITUTION:After the predetermined place of one side of a transparent crystallized glass substrate 11a is colored by silk screening of white paint, a coloring liquid obtained by dispersion of blue coloring agent in ethanol is uniformly scattered on the silk-screened surface of the transparent crystallized glass substrate 11a. Thereafter, the silk-screened surface is heated and then washed in water. Thus, marking different in the color tone of the surface and rear can be formed easily in such manner that marking 11c in blue on the surface side and in white on the rear side is formed in a part of one side of the transparent crystallized glass substrate 11a.
