PURPOSE:To obtain the perforated plastic tube with blocked through hole by a method wherein an annular cap, equipped with an annular groove and projected walls capable of pinching the inner and outer walls of the end of plastic tube, is engaged with the expanded end of the perforated plastic tube equipped with through hole through calking material. CONSTITUTION:The platic cap 6, equipped with the annular groove 8 engaged with the expanded end of the perforated plastic tube 1, is prepared and the calking material 10 is poured into the whole periphery of the groove 8 previously. Next, the cap 6 is arranged at the deepest section 7 of a faucet forming mold 5 and, thereafter, the tube 1, whose end section is heated, is fitted forcibly to the mold 5 from the direction A in the diagram to expand and form the tube end. Upon forming, the expanded tip end of the tube 1 invades into the groove 8 of the cap 6, the calking material 10 is poured into the through hole 1d of the tube 1 and is cured by heat. According to this method, the plastic tube, whose through hole is blockaded uniformly and surely, may be obtained. This plastic tube may be utilized for a buried tube for sewerage or the like. |
