PURPOSE:To alter a brush roller into the one which has a brush roll cooling water flowmeter capable of indicating a flow rate of cooling water of a brush roll for a pointer to graduations in a one-point adjusting manner, and making it alterable and be effectual multistepwise. CONSTITUTION:A brush roller is provided with a flowmeter M of brush roll cooling water, while a flapper 2 energized by a spring 3 to the upstream side so as to make the flowmeter equilibrate the cooling water flow, is set up in a casing 1, where this cooling water is flowing in the inner part in a posture traversing the water flow, and a pointer 22 and a blade 21 pointing to the upstream side and extending in a direction of traversing the flow both are installed in the tip of the flapper. Moreover, a light transmittable plate with flow rate graduations is installed in the casing as facing to a flapper side face, having such a structure that an adjuster 10 for adjusting the spring energizing force is installed in the casing. |
