PURPOSE:To automatically perform the high speed stowage of boxing in a relatively simple structure as well as to heighten the step stacking and make it possible to come into a state of being stabilized, by carrying out the streamlined arrangement stylization of a bundling material through two step control for its orientation and positioning. CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of paper ware boxing are piled up and formed into one unit and, after being bundled by a bundler 2 at a bundling spot 1 in the transfer process, a bundling material is rotated one after another in succession so as to be turned to a direction corresponding to a bundling material arranging mode in each step of the pallet upper step stacking at a turnover spot 5 by each of turnover machines 6 and 7. Next, at an arrangement spot 10, positioning arrangement in accord with the said arrangement mode takes place by a pusher 12 and a stopper 11 whereby successively a bundling material arrangement state is kept intact by a liftable belt feeder 14 and the bundling material is transferred to an adjacent pallet upper step stacking spot, thus step stacking takes place, With this constitution, high speed stowage is automatically able to be done and, what is more, the step stacking is well heightened, making it possible to come into a state of being stabilized, thus labor-saving operation is attainable. |
