PURPOSE:To obtain a breath signal and heart beat signal in a sleep under an unrestricted condition without fitting a sensor to a subject. CONSTITUTION:A probe 1 comprising a net-like sheet is fitted in intimate contact to a subject. The oscillation amplitude of an oscillation output signal of an oscillation circuit 5 connected to the probe is varied with the variation in floating capacity accompanying breath between the probe 1 and living body and the variation in the amplitude is detected to obtain a living body signal superimposing a heart beat signal on a breath signal. A CPU 13 separates the breath signal from the heart beat signal by a predetermined process program and calculates a division of apnea from these signals to obtain the information of body motion from the living body signal and store it in a data memory section 17. |
