PURPOSE:To ensure an operator to properly undertake desired treatment by equipping an amplifier for high-frequency electric power, an output means for treating an organism tissue, a detecting means for a load condition, a load characteristic control means for controlling the output means, and a means for setting operation characteristics. CONSTITUTION:An electrical operation instrument 10 has a high-frequency power supply 12, and an amplifier 14 for amplifying the power is connected thereto. In addition, an output transformer 16 is connected to the amplifier 14, and a DC cutout capacitor 18 is connected to the secondary side of the transformer 16. Also, an impedance measurement section 20 serving as a detecting means to measure the impedance of an organism tissue 100 is connected to the capacitor 18, while a bipolar pincette 22 as an output means is connected to the measurement section 20. A control section 24 serving as a load characteristic control means to control the amplifier 14 depending upon an impedance value to be measured, is connected to the amplifier 14 and the impedance measurement section 20, while a foot switch 26 and an operation panel section 28 serving as a setting means to establish operation characteristics are connected to the control section 24. |
