PURPOSE: To quantitatively determine a component seed in a sample by capillary tube zone electrophotesis by adding at least one ion seed to a sample to be analyzed and using an ion seed with known conc. as a basis for determining concn. of a sample component group. CONSTITUTION: At least one ion seed having charge density different from the of any component seed in a sample is added to a sample to prepare a mixture which is, in turn, applied to a capillary tube zone electrophoresis and the ion seed and either one of component seeds in the mixture are detected. Next, at least one component to the detected ion seed is normalized and the normalized value is the quantitative value of the component seed in the sample. At this time, it is desirable that the charge density of ion seeds is about 0.002 and present between about 0.02 and about 0.001. |
