CONSTITUTION:Staircases 4a and 4b for rising and falling by the height of a unit 1 are mounted to the inside of the rectangular or cubic steel framework unit 1 constituted of columns 2 and beams 3a and 3b and an external wall member 10 is mounted to the outside of the unit 1.
