PURPOSE:To prevent a pump from being clogged by preventing the precipitation of slurry in a drainpipe and reusing clean water in reuse of waste liquid. CONSTITUTION:Waste liquid in a recovery tank 5 of a spray device 1 is fed to a settling tank 10 through a waste liquid feed pipe 6. The waste liquid fed to the settling tank 10 is separated from slurry by precipitation and the supernatent liquid is drained or reused.
