<p>PURPOSE: To improve the sureness of a function by inputting the thickness, a paper length, a folding manner and a feed length of material to be folded to a process computer, and calculating a folding gap width to display as a digital value and to control motors with decelerators of a following controller. CONSTITUTION: The thickness of material to be folded and the length of paper sheets are inputted to the thickness-measuring device 40 and the length- measuring device 41 of a process computer 20. In addition, a folding manner and/or the set feed length of the individual feed limiters T1-T4 are inputted from a keyboard 21. The process computer 20 calculates a folding gap width by these inputted information to display as digital values on a display 39 and simultaneously controls motors W1-M5 with decelerators of a following controller 35 to continuously adjust the individual distances between axes to folding gap width that corresponds to a single or multiple thickness of the material to be folded.</p> |
