<p>PURPOSE:To enhance workability by fitting a flexible tubular body to a fine core material to obtain a wound body and laminating an inorganic fiber prepreg sheet in which the base material of inorganic fiber is impregnated with thermosetting resin on the wound body and winding the prepreg sheet on the wound body. CONSTITUTION:A fine core material 1 having prescribed length is formed of a steel wire rod. A wound body 3 is formed by fitting a tubular body 2 formed of thermoplastic resin to the fine core material 1. Carbon fiber is impregnated with thermosetting resin and paralleled in one direction to obtain a carbon fiber prepreg 9. A prepreg sheet 6 is formed by providing the carbon fiber prepreg 9 on a prepreg in which glass fabric is impregnated with thermosetting resin. The prepreg sheet 6 is wound round and round by the wound body 3. The fine core material 1 is drawn out from the wound body 3 to obtain a cylindrical body having flexibility. Then one end of the tubular body 2 is closed and the cylindrical body having flexibility is force-fed along the molding groove of the bottom force of a molding split mold 5. The top and bottom forces are closely stuck and the molding split mold 5 is pressurized and heated while force-feeding air to the tubular body 2. The cylindrical body is thermally hardened to obtain moldings coincident with the same diameter and face as the molding groove. The moldings are cooled and thereafter finishing work is properly performed.</p> |
