PURPOSE:To produce a plurality of kinds of trim materials different in color of a change part by easy operation in the same device and forming mold by sticking a first colored tape or a second hetero-chromatically colored tape in the change part of the base material and supplying it to the same forming mold and forming a resin part in the formation part of a common resin part. CONSTITUTION:The long-sized base material 2 is fed and the sticking material layers 7, 7a are formed in the formation part 6 of a common resin part and a change part 4 and baked. Successively a colored tape 8a is stuck on the sticking material layer 7a in the change, part 4 of the base material 2 by a colored tape sticking device. Thereafter a protective tape is stuck thereon. Then flexural molding is performed by a roll molding machine to form the base material 2 having an irregularly shaped cross section. Thereafter the trim material 1a is formed by laminating a resin part 3 on the sticking material layer 7 by an extruder. After the trim material 1a is cooled, it is cut and produced. In the case of producing a second trim material 1b after a first trim material 1b is produced, the colored tape 8a is cut without stopping feed of the long-sized base material 2. A second colored tape 8b is joined to the terminal thereof, sent and transferred. |
