PURPOSE:To suppress the irregularity of the resin amount in a thickness direction, to enhance heat resistance, insulating properties and hygroscopic characteristics and to keep high productivity by applying resin varnish to both surfaces of a base material so as to provide a time 'interval by a single surface when a resin impregnated base material for an electric laminated sheet is produced. CONSTITUTION:For example, resin varnish is applied to a continuously transferred long base material at two coating positions 1, 2 using coating rolls. At this time, both surfaces of the base material are separately coated. By separately coating both surfaces of the base material, the irregularity of the resin amount in the thickness direction of the base material is reduced. By providing an interval time of about 1 sec-2min between the coating positions 1, 2, this effect is further enhanced. An acute angle part or a bent part is pref. provided to the transfer route of the base material during the interval time. |
