<p>PURPOSE:To improve the life of a compressor for refrigerators, in which a hydrocarbon fluoride refrigerant and an ester-denatured polyalkylene glycol or ester oil are used as a working medium. CONSTITUTION:Fluororesin is coated on the sliding faces of a shoe-guide sleeve 40 of a locking device for a piston support 10 of a compressor, and films of solid lubricating material are formed on the sliding face of a slide ball provided on the end part of a pin 13 of the piston support 10, and on the sliding faces of balls 18, 19 provided on both end parts of a connecting rod 20. Then, a hydrogenation acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, the rate of volumetric change of which is 3% or more at an immersion test in a refrigerator oil at 150 deg.C for hr, is used as a sealing material for keeping the inside and outside of the compressor airtight. Furthermore, with the compressor for refrigerators, a delivery valve and an inlet valve are formed of steel containing 13% or more of chrome, and rolling element retainers of rolling bearings are made of thermosetting plastics.</p> |
