PURPOSE: To provide a tube head provided with a lining having an improved barrier effect. CONSTITUTION: The tube head 1 is provided with a lining 7 which consists of a multi-layered polymeric element fixed to a plastic annular covering 8 of the head by an external surface layer 9 of the element. The element 7 also has one or more polymeric layers 11 having barrier effect and of total thickness 0.008 to 0.05 mm and an internal surface layer 6 of polyolefin or polyester.
