PURPOSE:To make ghost information correspond to taps accurately by arranging pulse generation timing adjusting circuits on a signal path and making a timing adjustment as to the ghost removing device of a television receiver. CONSTITUTION:A gate pulse is generated from an input video signal. Pulse generation timing adjusting circuits 32 and 33 are arranged on the signal path of this process to make a timing adjustment. Therefore, when charge transfer elements are used as delay elements constituting a transversal filter 3, the influence of a low-pass filter 31 which is required at its output side is removed completely, so sufficient ghost suppression effect is obtained. |
