PURPOSE: To eliminate the large difference between an armature and a control housing and to prevent those members from wearing. CONSTITUTION: This fluid coupling is equipped with an output coupling assembly including an input coupling 11 and a case cover member 17 and a valve plate 31 formed with a fluid port 45 and controlled by a valve shaft 41 to be the armature corresponding to the rotation position of a valve arm 43. The position of the valve shaft 41 is controlled by an actuator assembly 61 responding to electric input signals. The housing member is fixed and mounted by a set of ball bearing, the only one bearing support part between the actuator assembly 61 and the rotation coupling, onto an extended duct part to make the structure to eliminated the high speed coupling part causing to excess wearing, heat generation, and performance lowering. |
