PURPOSE:To provide a device capable of sufficiently and quickly feeding carbon dioxide of suitable concentration, and easily manufacturing a carbonated spring dispensing with any troublesome maintenance and device constitution of a large scale. CONSTITUTION:In a carbonate spring manufacturing device equipped with a concentration means 2 for concentrating carbon dioxide in combustion gas containing the carbon dioxide by using an adsorbent, and a gas feed means 3 for sending the concentrated carbon dioxide into liquid, the means 2 has a plurality of carbon dioxide adsorbing and separating towers laid in parallel.
