PURPOSE:To form easily a figure pattern having a plurality of colors, by a method wherein a pattern display film is formed on a fixed part of a pattern display layer by printing and a surface layer applied onto the same is melted and removed by laser. CONSTITUTION:A pattern display layer 4 possessing one color comprised of a substance having a low beam absorptivity, a pattern display film 5 possessing the other color (for example, an orange to be printed on a fixed position of the pattern display layer 4 and a surface layer 6 which have high beam absorptivity and is applied onto the pattern display layer 4 and the pattern display film 5 are formed on the surface of an article 3. Then laser beams having fixed wave length are applied to fixed parts 7, 8 of the surface layer 6, through which the fixed parts 7, 8 of the surface layer 6 is melted and removed and a fixed parts of the pattern display layer 4 and pattern display film 5 are expressed. With this construction, a fixed pattern constituted of a plurality of colors is made and expressed on the surface layer 6. |
