PURPOSE:To certainly prevent the slackening of a thermoplastic resin fiber reinforced composite material sheet and to enhance the quality of a molded product by clamping the sheet and applying tension to the sheet to restrain fibers. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin fiber reinforced composite material sheet is clamped by raising a lower clamp plate 24 having a slip preventing rubber plate 26 with respect to an upper clamp plate 28 having a fixed L-shaped end part 28a through a shaking plate 23a and a compression spring 25 driven by the rotation of a shaking actuator 21. In this case, since the sheet 30 is bend by the L-shaped end part 28a of the upper clamp plate 28, tension is applied to the sheet 30.
