摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To realize high accuracy of plate thickness all over the entire length by simultaneously reducing skid mark disturbance and roll eccentricity disturbance which are two great disturbances to the plate control in the finish rolling stage of a hot rolling process. CONSTITUTION:By incorporating an automatic plate thickness deviation control system corresponding to skid mark disturbance near 0.2-1.0 [Hz] with an automatic plate thickness deviation control system corresponding to roll eccentricity disturbance near 0.2-1.0 [Hz], the skid mark disturbance and the roll eccentricity disturbance are simultaneously reduced. At this time, no dynamics is at all provided in one automatic plate thickness control system, while a low pass filter is provided in the other automatic plate thickness deviation control system. A general secondary system can be exemplified as one example of the low pass filter.</p>
