PURPOSE:To reduce a time required for aging by providing an aging circuit for holding a potential of a working electrode at a high potential for a specified time, and then setting it at a normal potential after that. CONSTITUTION:A sensor part 1 is connected to an aging circuit 4 comprising a constant potential setting circuit 2 and a timer part 3, and it is composed so that an output signal from the constant potential setting circuit 2 is inputted to an output computation part 5. A sensor output 6 which is equivalent to a current flowing at the sensor part 1 is outputted from this output computation part 5. It is thus set at a higher potential than an operating potential at the constant potential setting circuit 2 composing the aging circuit 4, and as it is returned from the held potential to the operating potential in accordance with a set time at the timer part 3, an electrode oxidation condition and an electric field at an interface between an electrode and a solid electrolyte film can be stabilized in a short time. |
