发明名称 MOLDING METHOD OF LIQUID CRYSTAL RESIN COMPOSITE
摘要 PURPOSE:To fiberize and disperse comparatively small quantity of liquid crystal resin in matrix resin by a method wherein firstly matrix resin is added to composite, which is prepared by fiberizing and dispersing the liquid crystal resin in the matrix resin, so as to mold the resultant mixture below the fiberizable region of the liquid crystal resin or its fiberization fitness region. CONSTITUTION:To matrix resin, liquid crystal resin component is mixed by the amount, below which phase inversion can not occur and which lies within tire fiberization possibleness region or fiberization fitness region. The resultant mixture is melt-extruded at the moldable temperature, which is not more than the transition point temperature of liquid crystal, of the matrix resin so as to obtain mixture, in the matrix resin of which the liquid crystal resin is fiberized and dispersed. Next, matrix resin is added to the composite so as to mold it below the fiberization possibleness region or fiberization fitness region or the liquid crystal resin. As the liquid crystal resin component, singly the liquid crystal may well be added to the matrix resin. Also, the addition of the liquid crystal resin may well be added by tire form of the composite of highly liquid crystal resin containing matrix resin and the matrix resin.
