PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture and manufacturing device of a nonceramic insulator wherein a process for manufacturing of the nonceramic insulator can be simplified, simplification and minaturization of the device to reduce a manufacturing cost can be contrived, use of an adhesive agent can be omitted and operation becomes easy. CONSTITUTION:The title method is constituted of a sheath molding process forming a coating of a rubber made sheath 7 on the outer circumference of a core 6a made of reinforcing resin by an extrusion molding method and an umbrella molding process molding a plurality of umbrellas 8 at fixed intervals to a coated core 6 coated with the sheath 7 at the same time by an injection molding method. Then the title device is provided with an insert supporting part 4 arranging the coated core 6 obtained by coating with the sheath 7, a plurality of cavities 3 for molding of the umbrella 8 on the outer circumference of the coated core 6 at the fixed intervals and a gate 5 for injection of a rubber material to a plurality of the cavities 3. |
