<p>PURPOSE: To surely transmit an electric power to a steering handle and to transmit information between the side of car body and the side of steering handle without disturbance by improving the device for transmitting the electric power and the information between the car body side and steering handle side of a motor vehicle. CONSTITUTION: While using a transformer composed of a primary coil provided on the side of car body and a secondary coil 9 provided on the side of steering handle and fixed to a steering shaft 3, a capacitor 14 is arranged for transmitting the information. In this case, this capacitor is composed of conductor stripes 12 and 13 which are fixed on the side of car body and surround the steering shaft 3, and conductor strips 12a and 13a which are provided on the side of steering handle, arranged to face the conductor strips 12 and 13 and fixed to the steering shaft 3 while surrounding this steering shaft 3.</p> |
