<p>PURPOSE: To improve the transfer property of a developed image by providing a sheet gripper including a resistor electrically between an upper gripping part and an electric grounding part for preventing transfer of the charge accumulated on a sheet in a transfer zone to the electric grounding part. CONSTITUTION: Upper gripping parts 87, 89 of a gripper 84 comprising a conductive material are each connected with gripper supporting members 73, 75 comprising an electric insulating material. A plurality of fixing pins 97 are fixed in a hole 99 of the upper gripping part 87, with a spring 95 comprising a conductive material held so as to dispose the upper gripping part 87 eccentrically to the lower gripping part 89 side. Furthermore, the sheet gripper 84 comprises a resistor 77 having a pair of lead lines 93, 94, with the lead line 93 connected electrically with the lower gripping part 89, and the lead line connected electrically with an electrically-grounded guiding member 85. According to this configuration, transfer of a developed image from a photo conductive belt to a copy sheet can be improved, particularly in the front rim part of the sheet.</p> |
