<p>PURPOSE:To strengthen the adhesion of concrete to the inner layer coated with synthetic resin powder, while rust proofness is improved by a method in which the cylinder of synthetic resin-coated outer layer is molded, and while synthetic resin powder-coated inner layer uses the synthetic resin different from that of the cylinder of synthetic resin powder-coated intermediate layer, they are molded. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of side wire 10a is associated around a core wire 10b. The PC steel strand 10 to which prescribed blueing is applied is heated at the temperature at which plastically working strain is not generated by relaxation, and its intertwining is temporarily released. Synthetic resin powder coating is stuck in fusion to each periphery of the core wire 10b and the side wire 10a, thereby forming the inner layer 23 coated with synthetic resin powder. Next, after the intertwisting having been released has been restored, the cylinder 24 of synthetic resin-coated intermediate layer is provided on said surface. Further, said surface is coated with lubricant 26, and then the cylinder 25 of synthetic resin-coated outer layer is molded by synthetic resin-extrusion molding means. Here, the inner layer 23 coated with synthetic resin powder uses the synthetic resin different from that of the cylinder 24 of the synthetic resin-coated intermediate layer.</p> |
