PURPOSE:To quickly stabilize a refrigerator to a predetermined temperature at a high load where clogging is produced owing to frosting on a condenser, by counting operation time of a compressor and changing initiation temperature for rotating a fan at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:In control means 13 for controlling a compressor 4 and a cold air circulation fan 6 on the basis of an output signal from refrigerator temperature detector means 8 serving to detect temperature in a freezing chamber in a refrigerator, there is provided a timer 14 for accumulatively counting operation time of the compressor 4. It is judged whether refrigerator temperature is higher or lower than a set value T1 (-22 deg.C for example), and in the case of lower temperature the compressor 4 and the fan 6 are interrupted. In contrast, in the case of higher temperature the fan 6 is rotated at a high speed through revolution control means 11 and the compressor 4 is operated. Then, the value of the timer 14 is checked, and if it exceeds a set value (5 hours for example), refrigerator temperature is compared with a set value T4 (for example, -15 deg.C), and when it is higher than the set value the fan 6 is rotated at a high speed as well. |
