PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of an insert molded product and a mold device to be used for the manufacture wherein structure of the mold is simple and fitting operation of an insert part and operation after mold break are easy. CONSTITUTION:The first and second molds 22, 24 which are formed by combining split faces by a cavity 38 which is filled with a molding material for formation of a plastic molded product 50 are arranged approachably, separatably and movably freely. Under a state wherein those molds 22, 24 are separated from each other and moved, insert parts 48 is fitted detachably freely to the mold 22 by making use of a core material 46 having elasticity on an inner circumferential surface 42 of a cavity of the either mold, for example, the mold 22. Both the molds 22, 24 are approached and moved after that, both of the split faces are combined with each other, the inside of the cavity 38 is filled with the molding material and injection molding is performed. |
