PURPOSE:To remove the turbulence in orientation of magnetic powder caused by a demagnetizing field by a method wherein an endless belt-like magnetically soft material is brought to come in contact with a molded body until the molded body pushed out from the die having a magnetic field, and the demagnetizing field, generated by the magnetization of the molded body itself, is substantially removed. CONSTITUTION:An endless belt 5 is made of a magnetically soft material, and the soft magnetic material is formed with the magnetic material having a high permeability such as iron, permalloy, silicon steel and the like. The endless belt 5 is supported by two rolls 6 and 6, and it is desirable that the belt 5 is provided in such a manner that it can be moved freely. The molded body 3 pushed out from a die 2 is spontaneously cooled while it is contacted to the endless belt 5, and after it has been solidified by cooling to the high degree of viscosity with which the orientation of the magnetic powder in the molded body is not turburated, it is separated from the endless belt 5. Accordingly, the rolls 6 and 6, when they are driven, perform the function of the molded body receiving device, and this contributes to enhance the dimensional accuracy of the molded body. |
