PURPOSE:To make an electrode pattern fine without causing disconnection, to facilitate manufacture and to reduce a cost by connecting the common electrode part of a flexible electrode plate to the electrode pattern at a external tip, and cutting and separating the common electrode part with the aid of a cutting/dividing line made of piezoelectric ceramic. CONSTITUTION:The titled probe is formed by laminating a piezoelectric ceramic 1 obtained by forming silver coatings 6A and 6B becoming a conductive layer on its surface, on a packing member 3 through a flexible printed circuit FPC4. Its manufacture is as follows: first, an earth electrode5 and the FPC4 are adhered and formed by means of soldering on the piezoelectric ceramic 1 where the conductive layer layer is formed on its surface and laminated on the packing on the packing member 3. While the other end of the FPC4 is held in the horizontal state, the piezoelectric ceramic 1 is cut along a cut line F wit use of a cutter and separated into each vibrator block. Nemely, the cutting and separation of the piezoelectric ceramic 1 and that of a common electrode part 4B of the FPC are executed in the same cutting step, after which the FPC4 is bent at a curvature point E to stick it on the surface of the packing member 3. |
